What will your new “normal” be?
When talking to my colleagues it seems people fall into two camps, either completely “over” this full time working from home nonsense or hoping it never ends. I must admit I’ve been more inclined to the latter. The reality is though, that a lot of businesses are starting to transition their people back into the office. So now is the time to start to consider what your new way of working will be.
I appreciate the magnitude of change Covid-19 has forced upon us, and no doubt we will be adjusting from some time to come. If you think about where you sit on the DREC change model, perhaps you are clinging to the past hoping things will go back to the way they were, or perhaps you accept change is inevitable, but aren’t quite ready to think about it just yet. Or maybe you are starting to focus on the future and explore how you can make this new digitally enabled world work for you.
No matter where you are on the curve, it’s likely to be a rollercoaster of emotions so don’t forget to take care of yourself (AnDi our digital coach is always around to help), and remember to make healthy habits a part of your new “normal”.
