How mastering the “switch” can make you successful
You’ve probably heard about the Dunedin experiment. Launched in 1972, it’s famous for being one of the longest behavioural studies conducted on a group of more than 1000 people. One of the key results from their pioneering research showed that self-control in early childhood predicts health and happiness in adults. See the article below for more detail.
This ability to demonstrate self-control is what we call managing your Ape (your inner primitive emotional state) and we are passionate about helping children and adults alike to master this skill. This month our focus is sharing some of our digital Ape training tools that we hope will contribute to your personal and professional success.
