How do I motivate my staff beyond a Zoom call?

Working remotely has become the new trend for businesses all over the world. In the wake of the pandemic many businesses, and of course employees, weren’t properly prepared for this new set up and have had to evolve quickly to this new way of working. Learning how to manage and monitor remote teams has become a crucial part of business success. 

As a leader or as a manager it’s your responsibility to take care of your team and to monitor at a high level their mental health. Working in isolation or remotely can lead to a rise in anxiety, depression, an overall reduction in motivation and engagement. To accommodate remote working means that we must change our processes and our mindsets to ensure we create the right culture for everyone to thrive in.
